The Lost Temple of Karttikeya is a mysterious and steamy adventure well worth reading! Ms. Baumbach has created a fascinating world with two very likable characters in Brandon and Christian. The heat between these two men gets so hot; you almost expect them to spontaneously combust! The jungle, the heat, the danger, the sex, the love all combine to make The Lost Temple of Karttikeya a fun and satisfying read, one not to miss!

The chemistry between Christian and Brandon was phenomenal. Christian was confident and sure of himself while Brandon’s past made him feel unworthy of love. Complimenting each other perfectly, their encounters were so passionate and hot that the pages smoked. At the same time, those scenes were so tender and loving that your heart was touched. Action combined with scorching passion makes The Lost Temple of Karttikeya an excellent conclusion to The Collector Series.

Ms. Baumbach has created the perfect finale to a very creative series with each book written by a different author evolving around a common theme. Brandon is a very loving man in search of his one true love who is willing to give love one more try in spite of his many past failures. Christian seems to be a very open and loving man, but he has depths and an unknown goal that could affect Brandon’s feelings for him. Together Brandon and Christian have a love that is both poignant and forever if they can overcome the many obstacles and difficulties of their journey to find the gold at the end of the rainbow. Thanks go to Ms. Baumbach for an incredible ending to a very imaginative series.

THE COLLECTOR 9: THE LOST TEMPLE of KARTTIKEYA by Laura Baumbach is an exciting thrill ride. This story is reminiscent of an Indiana Jones type adventure. I have always been a fan of this type of story and I wasn’t disappointed! There is a strong sense of excitment and mysticism that runs throughout the book. I love the heroes in this novel. Christian’s confidence is incredibly sexy and I had no trouble understanding why Brandon finds him irresistible. There is also a magical element to their romance that made it even more believable for me. The love scenes between Brandon and Christian are electrifying in their heat and intensity. This novel is certainly one that I will be reading again soon.

The chemistry between Christian and Brandon was pure "Heat". I love Laura Baumbach's style of writing as it is, but she out did herself with this story. The way she built the story of what Brandon had gone through with his selfish lover that didn't deserve him, to the man that was his soul mate, Christian. I cannot say enough about this wonderful story, the intrigue, and the search for the Lost Temple of Karttikeya was great. Some day I would love to own all of Laura's books in print and e-book, that shows how I feel about this author.

The Lost Temple of Karttikeya is an action packed Indiana Jones/Mission Impossible adventure with exotic creatures, magic, and hot, steamy love scenes in and out of the jungle. Laura Baumbach’s gripping and intricate plot will have you hanging on to the edge of your chair, hot and covered with sweat to the very end. I truly enjoyed this story.
